I have tried spydoctor, spybot, and a few others that download for free and then scan my computer, but once they find the infected files they tell me that I have to purchase the program in order to remove the infected files that were found.

Some stupid ad that keeps popping up trying to sell me a fire wall keeps hi jacking my computer. I can’t get rid of it and it is making me crazy. I tried to go back to a reset date but it won’t allow me to do that. I won’t let me go to the remove program window.

I had to programs Norton Anti Virus and Spy Sweeper and they both expired so i need to buy the best product because to me they do nothin at all. So could you help me out please?

My add/remove programs screen was damaged by spyware. How do I get all that extra stuff off there? We removed the spyware but the add/remove programs screen is still clogged with funny named programs. How do I remove them?

I just bought Spyware Killer Pro and it doesnt work really well. I still get ads pop up. I have Pop up block too. I dont know what else to do. It get really annoying when Im trying to work on something and all of a sudden all these adds pop up. Please help. Thanks

I tried uninstalling it, but nothing happened. My girl downloaded it somehow. It is some kind of malware that keeps popping up, prompting you to purchase it, but it’s a scam. It is located in the lower right toolbar of my PC. I tried a search, but it is blocked. It’s screwing up Internet Explorer. Help please.

I have a computer that is running a little slower than it should. I tried to defrag and delete files that I no longer use, but I think there is spyware on my pc.
